These Refer A Friend Terms (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the OLIVIEREWILSON Referral Program (the “Program”). Please read them carefully. By participating in the Program you are agreeing to these Terms, the OLIVIEREWILSON PRIVACY POLICY.

OLIVIEREWILSON customers can refer (a “Referrer”) their eligible friends, family members or colleagues (each, a “Friend”) to make a purchase on OLIVIEREWILSON.com by entering the names and e-mail addresses of those eligible Friends he/she wants to refer and an email will be sent to the Friend(s) containing the Referrer’s unique referral link (“Referral Link”). In addition, a Referrer can copy his/her Referral Link and share it with his/her Friend(s) by another method, such as social media or from a personal email account. Eligible Friends must be new customers to OLIVIEREWILSON.com and have never purchased on OLIVIEREWILSON.com. Referrers cannot refer themselves or create multiple, fictitious, or fake accounts with OLIVIEREWILSON or participate in the Program as “Friends”. Affiliates or promotional agencies are not eligible to participate in the Program – either as a Referrer or Friend. Discounts are not cumulative, Referrers and Friends may use only one (1) 15% discount for each future eligible purchase of £50+ at OLIVIEREWILSON.com.

For each Friend that completes an eligible purchase on OLIVIEREWILSON.com directly through a Referrer’s Referral Link, the Referrer will receive an incentive which takes the form of a 15% discount on a future eligible purchase at OLIVIEREWILSON.com and the Friend will receive an incentive which takes the form of a 15% discount on a future eligible purchase of £50+ at OLIVIEREWILSON.com. The Incentive may not be (i) combined with other offers, discounts, referrals, or gift cards; (ii) sold or transferred; and (iii) redeemed for cash.
