1.1 These Subscription Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) explain how you may use the Subscription option on this website (the ‘Site’).

1.2 Please do read these Terms carefully before purchasing a Subscription or before using the Site. By purchasing a Subscription or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with or accept these Terms, please do not purchase a Subscription from the Site.

1.4 The operator of the Subscription offering, and this Site and all associated web pages is OLIVIEREWILSON Limited (trading as OLIVIEREWILSON) and this includes any all references referred to as “we”, “us” or “our” throughout these Terms:

i. OLIVIEREWILSON Limited is a company registered in Northern Ireland with company registration number NI6606658 and whose registered office is at 212-216 Upper Newtownards Rd, Belfast, N. Ireland, BT43ET, United Kingdom.

1.5 We seek to make our Subscriptions as accessible as possible. If you have any problems accessing this option, please contact us at sales@olivierewilson.com

2.1 You can order any microneedling individual product or microneedling kit to be delivered on a recurring regular basis. Simply click this as the confirmed option choice on each individual product page. Once you have done this it will calculate the discounted price and state we will ship your new product frequently.

2.2 You will be asked to sign up to a Subscription Account and through this you can manage your own Subscription. Please make any amendments to your Subscription order via the “My Account” area of the Site and ensure all information is up to date and accurate. If you change your address, please update this information in the “My Account” section of the site so that we can ensure that no deliveries are sent to the wrong address.

2.3 When you sign up for a Subscription your first order will be sent out within 48 hours. All recurring packages will be sent out on the same date in 4 months of the original order (“Recurring Order Date”). For the avoidance of doubt if you commence your Subscription on the 12th of the month, your repeat order will be every ‘4 months’ - we will endeavour to send the package out on the 12th (or the next working day) 4 months later (“Despatch Date”).

2.4 You can pause or cancel your Subscription at any time after 4 months of monthly payments.
